3) Estimated Delivery Time

  • Other cities/towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery time can be impacted by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or high sale periods.

4) Shipping Charges

  • If a COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned due to customer unavailability/incorrect address, it is treated as an RTO (Return to Origin).

  • In such cases, future orders may require prepaid payment only.
